Or: how two Asian chefs work together again in the same restaurant
after being years apart. But this time it's their own restaurant.
The two friends already worked together before during the heydays of what
was known as "the best Japanese restaurant in Maastricht" (or
Limburg even?). Loeng, lord and master of the Sushi bar, and Sumrit, responsible
for the most delicious traditional Japanese meals from the warm kitchen,
are back in Maastricht. On a new location and with a brand new concept.
In a cosey, yet futuristic setting they now not only present their famous,
fresh sushis, but also the loveliest Thai dishes. At Thaiichi you can compose
your own meal by ordering all kinds of great little snacks. You can order
as many as you want, as often as you want.
